- Gear Elevation is a fast-growing e-commerce brand that provides high-quality products designed to enhance everyday life. We are looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to handle order processing, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination for our online store.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders through Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with suppliers and third-party logistics (3PL) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability.
Handle order tracking and resolve shipping delays or discrepancies.
Manage returns, refunds, and customer inquiries related to order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and fulfillment performance.
Qualifications:
-Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or order processing.
-Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
-Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) and dropshipping suppliers.
-Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience with fulfillment software and inventory management tools.
-Understanding of global shipping processes and handling customs issues.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
