Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to support the editorial and operational needs of a global news platform. If you're organized, responsive, and great at managing calendars, tasks, and communications — we’d love to work with you!
Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, meeting invites, and internal team reminders
Organize cloud-based documents and editorial checklists
Assist with research, content prep, and light reporting tasks
Monitor email inbox and flag priority messages
Coordinate with writers and editors on content timelines
Qualifications:
2+ years experience as a VA (preferably supporting content teams or media)
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Proficient with Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and basic file management
Responsive, organized, and deadline-oriented
Bonus: Familiarity with digital publishing or content management systems
