We’re launching an exciting new eCommerce venture and looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day functions of our fast-growing business. You’ll be at the heart of our operations—overseeing everything from fulfillment and logistics to team coordination and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily business operations: order processing, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and overall team output
- Optimize and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, 3PLs, and logistics partners
- Develop, document, and enforce SOPs across departments
- Monitor key metrics: fulfillment speed, order accuracy, return rate, team KPIs, and customer satisfaction
- Lead coordination across teams: product listers, customer support, creatives, marketing, and inventory
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in operations with scalable solutions
- Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Work with company leadership on budget planning, forecasting, and growth strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in eCommerce operations management (Shopify, dropshipping, or DTC brand experience preferred)
- Deep knowledge of order fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain optimization
- Strong leadership skills, especially in managing remote or hybrid teams
- Hands-on experience with tools like Shopify, Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Trello, or Notion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a systems-thinking approach to scale
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proactive, accountable, and highly adaptable to fast-moving environments
