Job Description:

We’re hiring a dedicated Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for researching, identifying, and qualifying leads to support our sales pipeline. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify potential leads across various markets

    • Generate and qualify outbound leads through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms

    • Maintain accurate and organized lead records in CRM tools

    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on lead generation strategies

    • Track and report on lead generation metrics

    • Participate in monthly performance evaluations

Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales development

    • Proficient in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
