Gear Elevation is an e-commerce company committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a customer service representative to handle non-voice support, including email, chat, and social media inquiries.

Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media.
- Resolve product or order-related concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Process refunds, replacements, and other order-related requests.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records using helpdesk software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service (e-commerce preferred).
- Strong English writing and comprehension skills.
- Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias).
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet response time targets.

Preferred Skills
- Experience handling e-commerce customer inquiries.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
